Chelsy Briggs is the Human Resources Manager for Americans for the Arts. Prior to joining the human resources team in 2010, she worked as the benefits coordinator for the Folger Shakespeare Library, administering benefits, recruitment, time and attendance, and employee relations. Chelsy graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a B.S. in management information systems and has successfully completed her matriculation toward a M.A. in human resource management at the Catholic University of America. In June 2010, she received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Some of her hobbies include watching movies, traveling, going to museums, and spending time with her family and friends.
