Dr. David V. Mastran is founder and President of QuaverMusic.com, a Nashville-based music education company that develops content and curriculum for elementary and middle schools nationwide. He is also the founder and former CEO of Maximus, Inc., a NYSE company based in Reston, VA. Dr. Mastran is a graduate of West Point, holds a Master’s Degree from Stanford, and a Doctorate from George Washington University. He is a member of the Business Committee for the Arts.
