Ms. Kelly Olshan
Kelly Olshan is a NYC-based visual artist and arts administrator passionate about providing monetary and educational support to creative practitioners. She currently serves as Queens Council on the Arts’ Program Manager, where she manages both the Artist Commissioning Program and High School to Art School. She holds an MA in Arts Administration from Columbia University, where she published her master’s thesis on professional development training for arts graduates in the Journal of Arts Management, Law, & Society. She graduated Valedictorian from UNC Asheville, receiving a BFA in Painting. As a practicing artist, she makes work about the byproducts of ambition, and continues to exhibit throughout NYC.
