Mariama Holman is a Southern Methodist University MA/MBA in Arts Administration student in the graduating class of 2018 who is currently interning with Americans for the Arts’ Private Sector Initiatives team.
She possesses 4 years of marketing experience working with companies such as CROSSMARK, Johnson & Johnson, MultiView, The Richards Group and Yum! Brands. Mariama has developed a strong appreciation for the arts through working as a caricature artist, performing in community choirs and spending a year studying art history at the Prado Museum and Reina Sofia Museum in Spain.
Her passions focus on bringing people together with a story well told, improving organizational decision making through applied statistics, data visualization, and narrative. Upon graduation she desires to use these skills to help social enterprises and arts organizations become more economically sustainable.
