Liz Miller serves as co-chair of the steering committee for Emerging Arts Leaders DC. In her day job, she works as Manager of Artist Services for VSA programs at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
Liz joined VSA, the International Organization on Arts and Disability, in 2007 as Performing Arts Manager, and was promoted to Director of Performing Arts in May 2010. She shifted to Manager of Artist Services in the VSA and Accessibility Department at the Kennedy Center in July 2011. Prior to her time at VSA, Liz worked on the Policy & Research team at Americans for the Arts and in the Company Management department at Baltimore’s CENTERSTAGE. She has a B.A. in theater and international relations from the College of William & Mary and an M.A. in arts management from George Mason University.
